Of all the places we were able to visit in Italy, Positano was undoubtably my favorite. While traveling to the town itself via a vehicle is pretty much one of the most intense experiences of my life (if you have never been, the road down to positano is on the side of a mountain with an insane drop, and the lanes only fit probably 1.5 cars but they still manage to pass each other). Once getting all settled in we walked around the town, we stayed on two different sides of positano while we were there! It was amazing, our second villa was nestled in the side of a mountain, the bathroom wall was the actual rock! Words can even describe the amount of beauty that pours out of this place. While doing a popular hike called “The Path of the God’s”, we originally met 2 women from San Diego (again, I know! CRAZY, right?) and started the path only to find out that we had gone the wrong way about 2 miles earlier. We found a man with his donkey in the middle of nowhere and he pointed us in the right direction, but before he left us he invited us to come see something. When we followed him, he brought us to a goat farm nestled in the hills of this huge mountain in the middle of nowhere, it was incredible. Such an amazing trip! I cannot wait to visit again one day!
