As a family photographer of many years, I totally understand how daunting an hour-long photoshoot can be with kiddos. That’s why I offer my backyard minis. They are short and sweet sessions designed to capture the most adorable photos in about 20 minutes. I have a beautiful setup in my backyard surrounded by trees that is absolutely stunning year-round but especially in the spring months! This time of year is my absolute favorite because I offer my motherhood minis. A session that celebrates your strength as a mother and all of the amazing things you have done for your little ones. A photoshoot that allows you to freeze moments at a time in your life when everything is happening so quickly. Photos that you can look back on in 10 years and be so thankful that you captured the craziness.
I captured this beautiful mother with her two little ones recently and it was so amazing to see the bond she has with them. They cuddled, ran around, and loved up on each other as I stood back and captured these moments that she will never want to forget!

On April 27th and 28th, I am hosting motherhood minis in my backyard in La Mesa. And this isn’t just a quick 20-minute photoshoot and then you leave. There will be florals with a studio-style setup, a makeup artist offering touchup or full-face makeup, a craft station for kids, and small bites/refreshers.
